A mixture of slow digesting carbs and fast digesting carbs will give you the energy you need to burn throughout your day. Make sure to cut down on your soda intake because those are really unhealthy fast digesting carbs that if aren&#8217;t burned immediately will be stored as fat. Then throw in some healthy lean protein to take care of your muscles. When a muscle is worked out it breaks down and it needs protein to rebuild them. A healthy intake of protein will ensure your muscular system will remain strong and healthy.</p>

Some sort of physical activity that a person can do for at least thirty minutes a day will improve the overall health and fitness of the person. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are looking for a plan to lose weight, then you have come to the right place. I&#8217;m going to show you one of the many methods I know to lose weight quickly. I should tell you that my methods are extreme and not at all for the faint hearted.</p>
<p>My name is Darren Starr, also known as The Rapid Results Coach.  My clients come to be because they want to achieve rapid results in an area or areas of their life.  I have developed programs and systems that do just that.</p>
<p>I also should tell you that I am not a doctor.  You should consult a medical practitioner before starting any <a  href="http://www.easydietplans.org/fitness/form-of-diet">form of diet</a> or exercise regime.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s begin with my favourite 4 Step Weight Loss Plan.  It&#8217;s my favourite because using advanced NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Programming) makes living a healthy lifestyle so much easier. Preparation is the first key important step.</p>
<p>1) Take 30 minutes each day to vividly imagine yourself with the physique you&#8217;d like, i.e. slim, perhaps some muscles etc. Visualise yourself eating healthy foods and really enjoying the taste of them and wanting to eat and drink healthy all the time. Also imagine yourself exercising and really enjoying it.  I personally am not interested in the gym, but I love martial arts, so I imagined myself training with shaolin monks, loving the hard-core <a  href="http://www.easydietplans.org/fitness/physical-training">physical training</a>.  For you, your passion might be running, rowing, skiing, dancing, mountaineering etc. Imagine yourself looking young and healthy and really enjoying life, being totally fit. Imagine yourself smiling, wearing nice clothes, looking in the mirror and thinking that person in the mirror is hot! This can take some getting used to, but stick with it, you are teaching your mind to love and accept yourself and give yourself positive feelings about being healthy and exercising.  You are making the transition easier.</p>
<p>2) The next step is to begin to act as if you are already fit and healthy and that means, you value, love and respect your body and would not even entertain the idea of putting junk in there.  You would not even look twice at fizzy drinks, chocolate, sweets, caffeine, carbonated drinks, fatty, sugary foods.  Avoid them altogether.  A neat trick is to imagine something really disgusting like sewers, imagine the smell, then imagine all the bad food and drinks you like all mixed up together in this sewer like one big horrid soup!  If you spend enough time imagining this clearly, any time you see unhealthy food, you&#8217;ll remember the rancid soup and you won&#8217;t want to eat it!  How about that for beating a craving!</p>
<p>3) Then begin actually drinking water instead of coffee, tea, cola etc.  Just plain, pure water.</p>
<p>Did you know that athletes tend to consume between 3-4 litres of water per day and the American Armed Forces said to the BBC that they each consume between 8-10 litres of water per day whilst working out in the Middle East!*</p>
<p>I recommend you drinking between 2-4 litres of water every day, it has no calories and helps cleanse your system and hydrate your body.  You&#8217;ll also feel less hungry.  You will find you need to go to the toilet much more often for the first 3 days.  This allows your body to properly dispel toxins from the body.  Things will even out after that.</p>
<p>Eating only fruit, vegetables and pulses whilst avoiding meat and dairy products will significantly speed up your results.  Eat smaller amounts and eat more regularly.  Your stomach (when healthy) is actually around the same size as your fist.  The amount of food you eat in one sitting should not be any bigger than that.  Have you ever been to a posh restaurant and thought that the portions were exceedingly small?  That is why.</p>
<p>Stick to the above 4 steps and the weight will literally fall off.  My clients say that they tend to lose 1-3 lbs. per day. per day on the above plan.  I&#8217;m sure it&#8217;ll work for you too.</p>
